Introducing a new Communications tab within a contact's record, which now serves as the primary place to view all communication history.
With this update:
- The Communications tab will display the full history of emails and other communications.
- The Recent Activity History tab and the Activities tab of an individual's contact record will now focus only on engagement details such as opens, clicks, and other interactions, and will no longer show sent email history.
If you’re looking for sent communications, you can view them directly in the Communications tab of an individual's contact record or access them through the Communication Details report found under Reports.
