Create a new form with the Petition template

Set form properties

For every petition, be sure to enter:

  1. Title
  2. Template
  3. Source (to identify where new members came from)

Choose personal information to gather and create message

  1. Enter message for petition
  2. Choose and arrange the personal information to be gathered
  3. Decide what fields will be required

Edit contact record

Use the contact note field to identify members who filled out the petition

Share your petition

  1. Total signatures are displayed on your petition
  2. Everyone who has signed is displayed (only name, city, and state are displayed)
  3. Signers may choose to remain anonymous on the petition
