Advanced Payment Options

Here is a quick guide of the of Additional Payment Options you'll find when editing your donation forms!

Get to your form

1. Click Form Builder from the Setup menu

2. Click the Edit icon of your desired form

2. Make sure your Advanced Options is set to On

1. Contribution Type

1. Contribution Type

Contribution type allows you to determine what type of contribution these are. The contribution type can be set for the entire form, or the donor can have the option of choosing.

The default options are New, Renewal, WEB, inital. To customize this default list, please submit a support request.

Commonly used options include c3 or c4, generally set as a hidden field on the form. It can also be used if you have multiple programs and allow your donors to identify which program they would like to support.
