A. Customize Viewing Contact Records Based on Relationship Type
The default viewing setting is set to 'Contact' to view individual records. However, you may click on the dropdown to view records based on different Relationship Type.
B. Customizing the Search Results Screen Fields
- Click on the
icon to expand the 'AVAILABLE COLUMNS' section
- Click and drag field names from the ‘AVAILABLE COLUMNS’ section into the ‘VIEWING COLUMNS’ area to customize the fields displayed for the selected contact records
- To remove fields from view, click and drag them from the ‘VIEWING COLUMNS’ section back into ‘AVAILABLE COLUMNS’. Alternatively, click the ‘Reset Columns’ button to restore the default field layout.
In the example below, Latitude and Longitude have been added to the ‘VIEWING COLUMNS’ section, allowing those details to appear in the selected contact records.
