Pricing & Timeline
- Service Fee: This service starts at a nominal fee of $75.
- Minimum Charge: Please note there is a minimum processing charge of $75 per file/project.
- Estimates: If you have a large project and would like an estimate before proceeding, we are happy to provide one upon request.
- Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time for processing and integrating your data is 5 business days.
- Rush Service: If you need your data integrated sooner, we offer a Rush Service option that guarantees faster processing for an additional fee (50% above the standard service price).
Accepted File Formats
Because our data professionals are handling the import for you, we can accept a wider range of file formats than the self-service tool:
- Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
- Access (.mdb, .accdb)
- Text/CSV (.txt, .csv)
- Word Documents (.doc, .docx)
How to Submit Your File
- Navigate to the Administration menu in your theDataBank account.
- Select Full-Service Upload.
- Click to choose the file from your computer that you wish to upload.
- Provide Processing Instructions: Use the text area provided to give us clear instructions. To avoid delays, be sure to include:
- Mapping preferences: How you want the data to be placed in your fields.
- Source Codes: Specify any source codes you want attached to the records for your internal tracking and categorization.
- Click the Upload File button to submit your request to our team.
