While data rows are generally equivalent to how many records are in a file, it is sometimes not an accurate measurement. The system will calculate empty rows and at times it will calculate rows differently than how you viewed the file in Excel or other spreadsheets. For instance, if you used 'comma delimiting' in the file, it will make additional rows of data as a .txt file. When the file gets uploaded to the main database it will not create additional records.
