Posting Payments (Credit Card and EFT Charges)
Post a payment to attach a record of a processed transaction to the member's Contribution History, and also to initiate charges to your payment gateway.
To post payments, select Fundraising, then Payments. This screen displays pending payments by default, or payments that match the search criteria at the top of the screen. Check this page regularly to ensure payments are posted.
If the payment came through an online form this payment will have already been processed, unless there is an error message.
Review details of each transaction. Select the Edit icon to make changes, to alter an address, or to change credit card information, if previously entered incorrectly.
Select Post checkbox for each transaction to post. Click the Process Selected Payments button to post the payments to your payment gateway and your Databank.
