Accessing the Support Center's User Features

Many of our clients are familiar with using thedatabank's Support Center but for Verified users there are some extra benefits.

To Verify your Account


Simply click on the link that comes in the Support Center e-mail that is generated when you create an account. This will take you to a page where you can create a password. Or if you have a Twitter account or an OpenID, you can use those to log in to your account. If you can't find this e-mail, just send a support request and we will resend a verification e-mail. This will give you access to the following features:

A Feature Request Forum


Users can make there own suggestions of features they would like to see added to thedatabank. When we make decisions about functionality to add to thedatabank, we consult this list and many of our product improvements have come from client suggestions.

Make Comments on your requests, directly from the support center.


View your Organization's Support HIstory


You can also see the history of any individual in your organization.

There's even an App for Android, iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire and Windows Phone.


Need to keep up on your requests on the go? Our support software vendor - Zendesk - has created mobile apps that you can use to access our Support Center.
