How do I Change the Signature on our Donation Receipts?

 Q: How do I change the signature on our donation receipts? Currently it says Jane Doe, who is no longer with our organization, could it be changed to me? 

A: There are two places where Jane is being generated. You can make the change to replace this with your name in the Form Builder. To do this go to Setup>Form Builder. This will bring up a list of forms. Click Edit for the donate form, then click the box that says Email. Then change the e-mail address and signature. Also, you should change it in the Thanks Page. To do this, follow the same steps, Setup>Form Builder. Click Edit for the donate form. Click the box that says Thanks and then change the name and e-mail.
