Donor Counts Report

This new report shows shows the donor counts associated with your donations levels.

The first step in using this report is to go to the Dashboard dropdown, and select Donor Counts.

1. Once on this screen you can click on the dropdown to view donor counts on the following criteria: 

• By largest and most recent contribution - Finds the "sweet spot" of donors who should be sent targeted fundraising appeals (based on when they last gave) and how much to ask for (based on their highest gift ever).
• By largest contribution
• By first contribution
• By most recent contribution
• By renewed lapsed donors, donors who gave after a gap of 18+ months

2. Click the heat map button in the header to toggle coloring of the counts. 

3. Click a number in any year's column to add the Donors to your current selection.
