Click Payments.
Clcik the plus icon to add a new payment option.
1. Enter a caption
2. Set the input type to Dropdown: Qty
3. Submit an amount per payment.

Is there a way to capture the names of additional registrants?
At the moment, no.
Please add your vote to the feature request for this functionality. That is the best way for clients to influence development roadmap.
