Overview
Run combined Data Analysis and Data Query operations using the Claude engine, retain results across sessions, and maintain conversation context.
Key Enhancements
- Claude Engine Migration: Data Analysis now runs on Anthropic's Claude.
- Persistent Results: Data Analysis results remain available after navigating away from the page.
- Cross-Mode Context: dBot retains conversation context across different modes, allowing follow-up commands (e.g., "remove that column") without starting over.
- UI Cleanup: The unused Show Chart option has been removed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Perform Data Queries and Analysis
- Click on dBot icon to open up the prompt textbox.
- Enter your query to create a selection of contact records, for example: for donors who have made a contribution in the last 24 months, show all of their contribution amounts and contribution dates for the last 24 months
- Your search results will display
Select the Data Analysis tab, located next to the "Show Results"
Refine Results Using Conversational Context
- Enter follow-up requests, for example: Which donors have given more than once in the last 24 months?
- dBot maintains context across modes to perform continuous updates.
Access Persistent Results
Navigate away from the page and return at any time; your analysis results remain active.
What is Cross-Mode Context?
Notice how my contact record selection for the data analysis prompt mentioned above doesn't have contribution details listed in the table. I went ahead and prompted dBot with the following prompt based on my existing selection.
For example: Include donation dates, amounts, campaign and segment for the selected records.
My results show the same records from my original prompt in addition to their contribution details. I can now decide if I'd like to export this report, continue to redefine my search or make these records my selection to send them a PowerMail etc.
