Properties

The Properties tab sets up the when, where, and what of your letter.

1. These two fields are used to describe the purpose of your document. Give your letter a title and a short description so you can remember what it was used for at a later time.

2. The Issue date signifies when you created this specific letter.

3. Choose an existing folder, or create a new one, for your letter.
