What is Form Builder?

Form Builder is an easy-to-use tool integrated within your Databank that enables you to create webforms. These forms can be utilized many different ways including:

• Allowing your constituents to give money to your cause
• Providing your members a chance to sign up for receiving your publications
• Offering your constituents an opportunity to sign a petition...and much more!

After logging in to your Databank, click Form Builder under your Setup menu.

Here is the back end of your Form Builder. It is the part of your system that you access as a client of thedatabank.

This is an example of the front end of your Form Builder. It's the part that your constituents interact with, letting them submit information to your Databank.
