Now in beta mode, all of your Databank users (or a few selected users) can have the ability to add and sort personal custom fields and flag fields. The fields that have the ability to add new data values or re-sort existing list options are: checkboxes, dropdowns, multi-select fields.
You can opt-in to use this beta client feature by:
- Clicking on the Help dropdown from your Databank menu
- Select 'Support Request'
- Under the 'Request' text block you may type in the following,"Turn on the beta edithtmselect client option for all users (or list the users you'd like to have this permission for)."
This will let one of our tech representatives to turn on this feature for your organization's Databank.
To add new field options or sort existing list follow the following steps:
- Go into an existing contact record, click on the
icon of a contact record.

Hover over the field that you'd like to add a new data value for or re-sort. You'll notice the field is highlighted in blue, click on it.
- You will then be prompted to enter the new field name and also resort the list options as needed in the list order block by assigning a number. List sequence goes from smallest to highest.
- Click Submit to save changes.
