Feature Request – Portal / Service Requests / Volunteer-Staff Contact Information
When viewing a Service Request in Portal and clicking on the Volunteer/Staff name, the phone fields currently display:
- Primary Phone = pulled from Home Phone
- Secondary Phone = pulled from Work Phone
We would like to request the following change to better reflect the contact numbers most commonly needed for scheduling and communication:
- Home Phone = pulled from Home Phone
- Mobile Phone = pulled from Mobile Phone
Work phone numbers are rarely needed in our workflow, while mobile numbers are much more useful for contacting volunteers/staff regarding service requests.
