Permanently remove from duplicate search

At one point I heard a rumor about being able to permanently remove profiles from duplicate searches. We have a lot of members who share and email with their spouse, and a few with very similar names (Emil and Emily, Robert and Roberta). It would tidy things up, and help me teach others to use the merge feature without wading through the profiles you have to remember to ignore.
