In a typical CRM, you can flag a record with a follow-up date.In Salesforce, after you enter a touch to a client/member, etc. you can set it for a future follow-up date and when you log-in in the AM, you will see all your follow-up calls for the day. With Databank, the only way option you offer is to flag someone which doesn't even show on the front-end, you have to run a report and it isn't date specific.
Adding this feature would allow this DB to act more like a typical CRM.
