Link Social Media Profiles in Contact Record

We use a different database system to manage our high-touch communications and contacts (Insightly). This system connects contact records' social media accounts if we have their email address. It's really helpful for reaching out to people on their social media page.
We would like to have this feature - along with the ability to BCC or forward emails into a contact record - so we can move all of our data management into a single system.

Hi Chandra,
We are currently looking at incorporating social media into the main Member record. The full functionality of that is yet to be determined. I will update this ticket when we have more information.
And I too would love to have the ability to forward emails to create contact records. This is a much larger project than including social media data and is not currently on our development roadmap.
