NOTE: Responses to forms/meeting

All of the options people fill out in a form or meeting all get lumped together into a single piece of information, But if we are registering someone for an event and need to know their pronouns, or name they want listed as well as the dietary restrictions or other needs, those should all come in the report as separate fields because manually separating 5-6 options for over 300 individuals is too difficult. when this could just be parceled out in the back end coding as an option populating a new column field.
