Modals windows are a problem.

Modal windows make it very difficult to enter data when you need to see the information behind the modal window. Suggest opening these forms in a separate window or another frame/section instead.

  Thank you for your feedback, Greg. We very recently changed the data entry portions of our pages to use modal windows instead of having a separate portion of the page be used for data entry. This change was made in response to client feedback and requests for a cleaner interface for data entry tasks.

  At this time there are no plans to go back.
