streamlining thank you gifts

i like there is a "copy" feature that was added to ease the redundancy of typing in the same info across, say 4 forms (like we have during our pledge drive), but when the gift options aren't the same across all 4 forms... the copy feature doesnt really work well for us, and i am having to duplicate the work anyway.

 

The gifts are already being stored in a table somewhere.  Id suggest pulling them into more of a general area, where gifts can be marked as active/inactive.  Here it could also be designated at what amount the gift should be displayed it.

So if a form was created as a donation + gift form, it would use gifts that are currently marked active.  That way ALL forms created this way could access the same gifts.
