Monthly donor acknowledgment emails

I am a monthly donor to a local non-profit here in Portland. Every month I get a system-generated email telling me that my monthly contribution has been transacted. I really like the reminder. Is there any way we can have something similar in Databank? I think it's a nice way to "touch" our donors regularly.

  We like this idea and think that there are aspects of it we will be incorporating into future updates. Once we have moved into active development I will change the status of this request to Planned.
