A webform for a free-form message, to go into Contact Note field

I would like to have a webform that functions as a free-form "Contact Us" thingie. Whether the user is already a member or not, using this form will not sign them up for anything. But the message they send us in email would go into the Contact Note portion of the Contact history record. And of course, if they're not already in our databank, the use of the form would add them automatically.

  Thanks for the suggestion, Deb. The contact note has a character limit of 255 characters. This makes it unsuitable for use on "Contact Us" form.

  But, we already have that functionality in an Extended Notes, custom table which is designed to accept extended length inputs. A corresponding form can be created in the Form Builder.

  To get an Extended Notes custom table, you will want to put in a support request or contact your Account representative.
