RSVP for Meetings

Some of our members have requested the ability to decline an invitation in other words they'd like to be able to register "No, I cannot attend" a meeting RSVP. 

Having the ability to decline an invitation would certainly make follow up phone calls and emails to our invitation list more efficient because we would know who cannot attend.

  Yes, please. A regrets/declined option is a necessity. Having to mark people who cannot come as cancelled is silly and confusing when looking back at past events.
