Roster that shows contacts and campaigns associated with contacts
CompletedWe have set up a number of campaigns to track different public policy/legislative contacts, and want to be able to quickly pull data on who was contacted, who did the contact, and what the contact was about (which campaign). This will give us an easy way to pull data for required federal reporting.
Our campaigns are idea and system change focused (i.e. there are no financial contributions associated with them), so the campaign reports under the fundraising tab don't help us. They don't capture activity unless it is financial.
The Contacts search feature pulls a list of members who have received contacts, but often we are contacting the same person multiple times on the same or different issues. Exporting the list doesn't seem to reflect all contacts for each campaign.
Using the Contact Roster feature does allow you to see all of the contacts (by person) made for each individual record, but not the campaign or the contact note that went with it.

Thanks for the request, sorry about the tardiness in responding.
Could you give me a little more information about the use case for this? Do you need to know specific individuals who received the communications, or are total PowerMail issues sent, received and opened enough?
