Make it so meeting options populate individual fields instead of single notes
Meeting options currently populate a single meeting note. Clients would like them to be their own fields.

We have been doing a lot of work with the meetings form and this would be very helpful and make the form much more useful and flexible.
Our audience has a lot of requirements for different options and it is extremely difficult to handle them all via the one note field.
Also the reports get generated into all the option text etc. into on field. Very cumbersome!
