full spanish character support with thedatabank

This is corresponding to a support request for Spanish characters (accented character, ect..) in thedatabank.

  This feature is now enabled. In addition to Spanish, full character support is now included for Italian, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, English,Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Malay and Swahili.

  Hispanic names will be more prevalent within the US year by year, as the US Hispanic population continues to grow. Beyond our own borders, at least some DataBank customers serve a worldwide population via the Web. Much of the Web is Unicode-friendly today, so users' expectations will not be met if their data (particularly their names) are not rendered correctly in our systems. Thank you for considering this feature request.
