Address issue caused by personalized links in temporary database

Sending out a powermail issue with a personalized link from a temporary database confuses the form processor.  When the end user clicks the link they are presented with the "Is this you? No Yes" prompt but no personalized information is displayed. If they click yes the form will error out when it is submitted.
