We should be able to flag more than 1 flavor.

In our member records, we have he option to choose a flavor: No TY; Take Me Off Your List; No Gifts; Religous, etc. We need to be able to choose more than one of the at times. For instance someone may want No TY, No Gifts and is also may be a Religous group, but we have to decide which one to flag, when we need to flag all three.
