Add search by same First and Last Name to the DUPS feature

I think it would be a big time saver if you would add a search by same first & last name to the dups search feature. The same first initial and last name doesn't do anything for me - it is always such a loooong list. I'm much more interested in searching for people with the same name.  Thanks.
