PowerMail - Message names and default contact record created should be coordinated

1. Add a PowerMail 'Message Name' field (which should not be the same as the subject line of the email to be sent out)

2. This field would contain the text displayed at the PowerMail issue summary (list) page, and would allow users to more easily to identify emails after the fact. See attached 'listfield' image.

3. The Contact Note value created by the PowerMail issue should default to the same value as this Message Name field. Again, makes it easier to track who got it, and what it was. See attached 'powermail_defcontact' image.

  All PowerMails have an internal description on the Properties tab and a Contact note setting on the Publish tab.
