Adding start date/end date to Relationship field

As part of our on-going review of how HSC uses Participation Codes versus Relationships, it makes more sense to me to classify, for example HSC employee records, using a Relationship to the HSC Organization record, as opposed to a Participation Code, and I think this is the intended design of the system as well. Think of Employee/Employer.

Where this is a bit lacking now is, there's no way to associate a date range.. how this might be helpful, for example, is in denoting a prior employee's time frame which was the duration of their employment. And there are of course many other applications where this is useful, so it would encompass a start date and an end date.

Eager to hear feedback! Participation Codes can track this, but Relationships are a better way of directly connecting two TDB records, and it would be very valuable to denote date(s).
