Show selection counts on member pages

I'd like to see the numbers show up when I am viewing a record. For example, if I do a Search and come up with 150 records, it says at the top "150 matching records of 22867."

But when I view the individual record, that is not in view. It would be nice to see that, and have it count, when I am viewing each record. If I use the arrow keys, it could show what number record (in that selection) out of total records.
