Remove subscription information from thankyou email.

We have chosen to not show subscription prompts on our donation form but to automatically subscribe people to our email list upon donating.

They should not see that they have been added to our email list in their thank you email for donating.

Please don't show subscriptions in the thank you email if we have chosen to hide subscription prompts.

  The unsubscribe link included in all outgoing emails is a mandatory part of compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
