Radial Searching

LSP has a growing need for a radial search tool and the sooner the better.  LSP staff are increasingly using the database to develop better lists for their organizing.  They are asking for a radial search tool that allows them to easily focus their lists geographically.  When will thedatabank have this tool ready?

  Mike and Thomas,

  As interested parties I've opened up a beta version of this functionality for both of your databanks.  You can now find a radial searching option under Search->Radial Distance.  The tool is pretty straightforward, but feel free to ask if you have any questions about it.  I think you'll find it works well in conjunction with the mapping capability under Members->Map Selected.

  Do a radial search, map the results, and away you go.  Try it out and let me know what you think.
