Download report - Pull in data for BOTH household members

Right now Download pulls in a lot of contact info for only one member of a household - including Salutation, phone numbers, and email address.  It would be really great if it pulled in that information for both household members.

  This is especially problematic for us when two members of a household are individual contributors. Only one membership renewal date gets pulled, as well as only one set of phone numbers and email addresses. Makes fundraising a pain.

  There are currently plans to develop this kind of functionality for Member/Fundraising rosters.  While it will not do the combining of data that Download does when the "householding" option is selected, the roster will be able to pull in related records based on a relationship type.  It may get you what you need.  Stay tuned for updates on that.

  The inability to pull both names from a household also means that when contributions are posted, and they can only be posted to one member of the household (or contributions would be double counted). When pulling a list to write thank you letters, only the person who had the contribution posted to their record comes down. Requires me to manually go back through the list looking for spouses/partners. There has to be a way to fix this!
