customize action alerts

It'd be great if people could choose the messages they want to include in their action alert by clicking on an arrow button that would take a paragraph and include it in the action alert they would send.  For example, there could be a list of 8 points they might include in an action alert.  They might choose three of them. 

The advantage would be that it would be more easily edited and the action alerts wouldn't all be the same.
