Formattable Action Page

I'd like to have an Action Page that can be formatted.  It’s hard to make the boring background info look interesting and easy to read (or scan) when you can’t bold, italicize, change fonts, or add any graphics.

  I'd like it if the HTML editor were available for news stories under the Advocacy menu.  I know you can use html commands, but it would make formatting/adding links easier.

  With our advocacy module updates (due out before the 2014 session), you'll be able to have a lot more control over what is and isn't on your action pages!
