Action Alerts: Better Link to Social Media

After taking action, you get the Tell-A-Friend Page which prompts you to add emails.

This is OK, but it would be better if you also had on this page the icons for spreading the word via social media as well.

There's a "Spread the "Word" footer on the original action taking page, but then it disappears as you go deeper.
