    We now offer the ability to track the specific time a contribution was made.  It has to be enabled for your databank as a whole.  To make this happen, contact Support.

    This would be a huge time saver for me! When downloading a list, say, of donors who contributed during a certain time period (1/1/2009 - 12/31/2009, for example), if we had the option to include the 2009 contribution amount it would be awesome! As it is now, our options of largest, most recent, total or number of contributions are less useful than if we could download the contribution amount by date.

    This video tutorial will show you how to make a roster that totals only for your search criteria.  For instance, you could search for a specific time period and the roster would only total contributions from that time period.  You could then download this roster.
