Not every one of your publications have to be offered as a subscription option on your forms. Use this info to ensure that you are offering the right publications for your constituents to subscribe to on the right forms.
This may seem counterintuitive, after all, you want them to receive all of your emails. But by empowering your constituents to decide which publications they want to receive from you, they are more likely to remain engaged with your organization.
1. Check this box to include subscriptions to the form.
2. Within these fields you can change the verbiage of the subscribe and unsubscribe prompts, the location of the prompts and the number of columns for subscriptions.
3. Here you choose the public publications you want available on this form.
If you decide to AUTO-SUBSCRIBE your members, best practice suggests you inform that they will be receiving this publication from you at some point while filling out the form.
