Timeline:
10:00 am - Synchronization between thedatabank and SoftEdge servers began failing.
10:37 am - We received notice from clients that Advocacy powered by SoftEdge was inaccessible. This outage is affecting both Advocacy actions as well as the interface used in the Databank.
12:15 pm - SoftEdge is working on the problem with their data center.
4:00 pm - SoftEdge server is back online and most clients have service restored.
4:15 pm - Full service is restored for all clients.
