Form Builder Upgrades

What a fantastic tool your Form Builder is! When fully utilized, this feature truly strengthens the relationship between you and your members, empowering them to further your cause through volunteer time, financial gifts, and overall support.

However, we understand that it's not perfect.

We admit that the previous version of your Form Builder had some room for improvement. The process of building a form could seem rather daunting due to the following reasons:

1. All of the helpful options available were hidden or undiscoverable! Using your Form Builder was like looking for a needle in a needle stack. Even if you just wanted to create a simple donation form, you'd have to dig through all of the extra settings to do so.

2. The workflow was illogical. The information was not displayed in a way that was easy to navigate or understand.

3. There were no avenues available for further support. If you needed more explanation, you would be unsure of where to find the further reading you required.

As a company that commits itself to continuous growth and development, we took your criticisms to heart. We listened to your suggestions and worked hard to make your Databank better fit the needs of your organization.

Now, we are proud to announce the release of the new and improved Form Builder. Your feature now has:

1. An option to to turn your advanced options on/off -  This really puts you in the driver seat. You are in control of how much information you want to see, allowing you to discover the more advanced capabilities of the feature or just stick to the basics if you wish.

2. A more organized work flow - This natural grouping of fields lets you navigate your Form Builder with ease. By labeling each section, e.g., Website Integration, Security, you will experience a much more intuitive use of the feature.

3. Contextual support - Need more information? Not a problem! We've conveniently placed the links to applicable support articles throughout the feature. That way, you can access the help you need quickly.

The intent of these upgrades is to make your work efficient and effective; we hope that it provides you with a more enjoyable experience when building the forms that enable your organization to grow and thrive.
