Persistent PowerMail Sessions

PowerMail and the HTML editor have been updated so that they now have a persistent session.

What does this mean? PowerMail issues will remain active as long as you are working on them. A complaint we heard from our clients was that if they needed to walk away for the computer or answer a phone call, by the time they came back their PowerMail issue had timed out. This would mean that if one did not have the chance to hit save before leaving, all changes would be lost when one returned. A frustrating experience at best.

As part of our ongoing product improvement, that is no longer the case. PowerMail and the HTML editor are now joining Advocacy in having persistent sessions which will not timeout mid-issue. While saving regularly is always a good practice, if one is called away while working on an issue, it will be there when you return.
