Under the Help Menu in your Databank, you'll find a newly updated Advocacy manual. This manual covers our email action alert system. For more information on Advocacy, click here. (Note: This update applies only to clients who have purchased the Advocacy module.)

Over the past few months, we’ve been rolling out user interface changes to The Databank in installments. To learn more about the first two installments click here and here. The third installment, released May 9, 2010, primarily affects the Edit Member and Member record pages, and any tables linked within a Member record (contact, relationships, custom tables, etc.)
The changes illustrated below are now available in your Databank.

Forums: Find quick answers to your questions and add comments that may help other Databank users.
The Forums Widget to the right allows you to search within the individual forum by selecting the forum from the drop down below the 'Search' field (the default for the drop down is '(ALL)').
For Example to search for an Action Alert video tutorial -
1. set the drop down to 'Video Tutorials'
2. type 'Action Alerts' in the search field
3. select 'Search'
