How to prevent databank users from uploading data *

1. from the 'Setup' drop down select 'Users'
2. select 'MIRDATA'
3. select 'Permissions'
4. scroll to the bottom and set 'Administration' 'User Accounts...' to 'no access'
Setting this field to 'read' will not prevent users from uploading data. It must be set to 'no access'
