How to mass unsubscribe people from a publication **

There is no easy way to do this but there is a work around done by deleting the publication and rebuilding it.
1. Setup->Publications
2. check the 'Delete' box for that publication and select 'Save Publications'
3. Then add the publication again: type info into fields next to 'Add' and select 'Save Publication'
4. next select the individuals you still want subscribed to the publication. You might want to do this step first and set a flag to the people you want subscribed only, then you can just search for the flag.
5. Once you have those individuals selected go back to 'Publications' and select 'Subscribe Member Selection' for the publication you want them subscribed to.

Deleting the publication will also delete it from the subscription options in your online forms. If you want members to continue to be able to subscribe/unsubscribe to the publication in your online forms, modify Step 1:
1. Setup->Publications. Click Forms for the Publication you want to delete, to see what forms it currently appears on. Write them down or take a screen shot.
Then do Steps 2-5 and add Step 6:
6. Click Forms for the publication you just recreated, and re-select the forms the publication should appear on.
