Show all members who received but did not act on an Action Alert *

  1. from the Alert drop down select Issues
  2. select the action alert you want
  3. select Results 
  4. select Select Members from the right of Members Who Clicked Action Link: 
  5. from the Selection drop down select Tag 
  6. set the Flag: drop down to Flag ___ (whatever empty flag you have) then type whatever would help you remember in the Set to: field (i.e. acted)
  7. select Update Member Records
  8. from the Alert drop down select Issues 
  9. select the same action alert
  10. select Results 
  11. select Select Members from the right of Total Sent:* 
  12. from the Search drop down select Personal 
  13. SELECTION MODE: set to Remove 
  14. under PERSONAL CRITERIA: set Flag ___: Equals 'whatever you titled the flag'
  15. select Find
