How do I merge two meetings together? *

1. from the 'Edit' drop down select 'Meetings'

2. find the meeting you want to merge from by searching for it or finding it in the list.

3. now you'll want to select those who are confirmed for the meeting by selecting the number below the 'Confirmed Members' icon (looks like a person with a green check)

4. now that they are selected from the 'Edit' drop down select 'Meetings' again

5. find the meeting you want to merge into

6. check the meeting by using the check box just to the left of the date

7. click on 'Schedule current member selection' at the bottom of the screen

8. switch the 'Status' to 'Confirmed' and click 'Go'

9. now you'll want to go back (start from 1.) and do the same thing for people who are 'Tentative' (icon with the person and the ?)
Once your done importing all the people to the new meeting you can delete the other one by selecting the 'Edit' button of that meeting from the 'Meetings' window scrool down and select 'Delete'.
